More than a cooking blog this idea came from John´s kitchen and with a very good tortilla de patatas like any good spanish bar. And what is so exciting about a simple omelette? that this one was paleo based and john wanted to documented it.
I bring creativity on everything I do. Then thinking in diet restrictions makes my dishes challenging which is fun! our traditional way of eating and cooking it can be boring so why not to turn into something that might be beneficial for you and exciting in the kitchen? When you are dedicated and put and intention in your food ( or in anything ), you are giving a different energy to it so your organism receive it better. That´s the reason this works more than anything.

Tortilla de Patatas Sweet Potatoes
The as ever delicious Spanish Omelette, containing potatoes, might not be the best for health. Potatoes contain Glycoalkaloids, which could be toxic if consumed in high amounts.
